Please allow 24-48 Hours for our team to process your order once payment confirmation is received. Our team handpicked your order and goes through an inspection process before being shipped out to you. This excludes weekends, as we ship from Monday-Friday.
During sale periods or the holidays, please allow up to 3-5 business days due to higher then normal order volumes. Weekends do not count.
There may be a delay in dispatching your order during our flash sales, promotions, or peak busy periods. Please allow 1-3 days for our team to pick and pack your order. Orders are shipped in order of earliest to latest. You will receive an email confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse.
You should receive a tracking number in your email. You can also reach out to our customer service team at support@pulsetrainingclub.com.We offer 24/7 Customer Service and are eager to assist you with your order.
Don't worry if your tracking number is not active; it can take up to 3-5 days after shipment for our logistics partners to activate a tracking number. Rest assured that you will receive the item you've ordered.
Returns & Exchange
You have 14 days from the day the order is processed to submit a cancellation through our portal. Your responsibility is to send the item/s back to the Pulse warehouse if you require a refund or an exchange.

Pulse Training does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
Please allow three business days to process your return once our warehouse receives it. This can take up to 5 business days in sale periods.
Pulse Training must be returned by mail.
We offer refunds to your original payment method on full priced items returned to us, after the item has been received and inspected.
Store credit on an e-gift card is offered for any returned sale item or items purchased using a discount code.
Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
No, after 14 days, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please review products and decide within 14 days of when the item arrives.

Items purchased during the sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Returns must adhere to the following:
‣ Must be returned within 14 days of the items being delivered.
‣ Any sale items over 20% discounted, including Black Friday, Boxing day, Flash sale, Cyber Monday, Canada day, Easter, and holidays are excluded from returns. Only exchanges or store credit.
‣ Any sale items over 60% discounted, including Black Friday, Boxing day, Flash sale, Cyber Monday, Canada day, easter, and holidays are deemed as final sales.
‣ Any Pre Order items are excluded from returns. Only exchanges or store credit.
‣ Items must be returned in their original packaging
‣ All tags must still be attached to the unworn item/s
‣ Items must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odours
‣ If you are returning footwear to us, please ensure these are returned in the shoe box within a mailing bag (please do not just tape the box)
‣ Gift cards cannot be returned
If the above is not adhered to when you make the return; Pulse Training Club reserves the right to return the item to you.
Helpful Tips :
‣ Write RETURN on the front of any parcel you wish to return. If you fail to do so, you will be subject to additional customs and shipping charges. We also may withhold to decline your parcel.
‣ Shoes - Please try on the shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.
‣ Store credit on an e-gift card is offered for any returned sale item or items purchased using a discount code.

Customs & Taxes
Orders are currently shipped from Canada. You may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. Please click on the links below to find out if you have to pay duties. Note any orders from Canada will not be subjected to duties, and any orders in the US under $800 will not be subjected to duties.
Only Orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, for more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Ordering
Please email us at support@pulsetrainingclub.com with the subject “CANCEL ORDER: (ORDER NUMBER HERE)” and we will do our best to cancel the order on time. Please understand that we could not cancel the order if an order was already packaged and sent out for delivery. Cancellation can only happen within the first 12 hours of ordering. Otherwise, it is not guaranteed we could cancel it, and you might lose your shipping fee cost.
Can I Purchase An Item That Is a Pre-Order?
Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on www.pulsetrainingclub.com. These items can be pre-ordered to secure once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be displayed on the product page.
I Have Purchased Two Different Pre-Orders With Different Shipping Dates?
If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.
In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been processed through the checkout.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly. To ensure that this goes into your inbox, please add support@pulsetrainingclub.com to your contacts. Otherwise, your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us directly.
If an item you have ordered is missing from the online order# that you receive after placing your order, it will likely have been removed because it is out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please get in touch with us immediately with the following information:
